Butymobile is a very good online shop. Is the fourth phones that I have with them.Very good

Everything was good, until the phone was delivered. The box it was packed in was over 10x too big & there was no packing material to secure it. I understand that items are packed in a hurry to meet next day delivery, but I think we were both just lucky no damage occurred. Also the box it's self was of very poor quality & thickness.

Do not buy from this company they are a third party and do not pass on the PAK code to the provider , had a nightmare when realising I was still on the same network and extra charges incurred they do not want to help
